Gopuff is a consumer goods and food delivery platform, offering fast delivery of thousands of products directly from their own warehouses. They recruited TribalScale to address challenges with low traffic on their native and web apps, as well as issues with both their design system due to lack of documentation, and figma file performance.

Using our established UX Plan, our team created user-tested mockups for Native and Web at multiple breakpoints. We performed a component audit to strategize and organize components for the new Design System which was built in collaboration with front-end and back-end development. We helped Gopuff deliver their MVP under a strict timeline and even helped facilitate design cadences that Gopuff would go on to have until this day, tackling technical debt.
