Pair Programming

Pair programming harnesses the expertise of two developers. One acts as the driver, writing code, the other as the navigator, guiding the driver, reviewing the code, and focusing on the big picture. It’s the heart and soul of TribalScale and allows us to produce better, cleaner code.

Test Driven Development (TDD)

With TDD, our programmers write unit tests before coding, stimulating them to think about conditions in which the code could fail. Each piece of application code must pass the unit test, and the cycle is repeated. This process eliminates unit-level and regression bugs, keeping defects to a minimum.

Continuous Integration (CI) & Continuous Deployment (CD)

CI and CD are components of our Extreme Programming (XP) and automate the development process of code compilation and testing; it’s the secret to DevOps success.
